How to Pay
Payments are managed in two ways:
1) Weekly Direct Debit:
With this option, payments are automatically deducted from your nominated card on the morning of each scheduled lesson.
We highly recommend this method as it ensures a hassle-free experience for both parties, eliminating the need for manual transactions and potential oversights.
2) Monthly Invoicing:
Invoices for upcoming lessons are generated and sent on the 1st of every month.
For both options, you’re able to manage the billing & invoices further through the student portal.
Please note: If you are unable to attend a lesson and have provided the required notice, or if a teacher is absent, a credit will be added to your account. This credit will then be deducted from your next invoice, ensuring fair and transparent billing practices.
Teacher Absences
Teacher's Absence:
We’re a school that is proud that our teachers are working in the industry, as this relevance shows through their teaching. There may be dates in which the teachers are away to work in the industry, however we aim to give you as much notice as possible.
If a teacher is unavailable for a scheduled lesson, a substitute teacher will be provided whenever possible.
If a substitute teacher cannot be arranged, the lesson may be credited for future use.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for ongoing lessons within the term, consistent attendance throughout the term is expected. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it difficult for students to attend their lessons. Hence, we have updated our cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency for all involved parties.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time to qualify for a make-up lesson.
If a student cancels a lesson with adequate notice, make-up lessons are available, subject to teacher availability.
Make-up lessons are limited to once per term and must be utilised during the term.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice or a no-show will result in the forfeit of the lesson.
There will be no refunds or credits for unused or cancelled lessons.
Exceptions:
In cases of sudden illness or emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the school management.
Our cancellation policy is essential to maintain a stable working environment for our dedicated team of teachers while also ensuring fair treatment for all students.
Make Up Lessons:
If you have a makeup credit, it must be utilised within the current term, subject to teacher availability. We'll provide you with a variety of available time slots to choose from. If your preferred teacher is fully booked, we'll happily offer alternative times with another instructor.
Please note that unused makeup credits are forfeited with no refund. Ensure they are utilised before the term concludes.
